I also get the all circuits are busy message and have a 5-7 second delay when talking to someone. About the same kind of delay you would see on a videophone that a news channel would use.

I had the service for about two weeks now. one of the service personel told me that they would include an 888 number (toll free number ) because they did not have a local number. they issued me the number but to this day the only thing anyone that is trying to call me will hear is "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY NOW TRY YOUR CALL LATER"
